If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

If you wish to exchange your product for another model or style, please contact us. We will guide you through the process and assist you in selecting a suitable replacement.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
